This machine is comprised of a conveyor, typically four to ten cameras (can be more), ejection chutes, pneumatics controls, pick and place, if needed. The jobs are loaded & arrested on a conveyor fitment. The fitment is designed suitable for each job. The job is moved to camera inspection position. The camera inspection is programmed with standard jobs for desired QC parameters. They could be as follows :   Dimensions - 3D   Scratches, Dents etc.   ID & OD       Any other discussed parameters; depending on QC parameter choice & number of cameras are done. After inspection good jobs are picked by the same jig & dropped safely in a good bin. System is completely automated till good job bin is full & awaits for human intervention. The bad jobs will automatically drop in a separate bin. The entire system is designed with embedded software proprietary chips and/or micro controllers.

Industrial touch screen for MMI image setting and monitoring. Camera output is provided to common embedded vision controlled for sorting defects that are mentioned.
