Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) safeguards you from incurring unexpected expenditure in the event that your product suffers a breakdown. The AMC takes care of preventive maintenance and parts replacement periodically. It ensures trouble-free operations and longer lifecycles of your product.

- We undertake study of UPS/Inverter for worn out parts, parts whose life is over, parts needing care under preventive maintenance and get UPS into an excellent operating condition.
- Since we maintain compatibility in cards even after changing technology, replacement of cards is very straight forward.
- This gives a very good uptime and ensures low Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- The cards are normally available with engineers in their tool kit. Depending on the nature of call and problem reported the engineer predicts requirement of spares and thus his visit becomes very effective.

Repairs

A thorough inspection os faulty parts and good useful parts is made. The damaged parts are replaced and the equipment is assembled and rewired. Thorough testing of the machine is conducted to confirm the functional performance of the equipment, before dispatching it back to the customer.
