  1. We have eliminated noise level at Printed Circuit Board design stage. This was crucial since all digital circuits are used in a high frequency environment where power switching of high voltage is taking place. Necessary filters have been added to avoid erratic operations. The entire assembly of UPS/Inverter/Charger is designed to ensure accessibility for servicing, low noise level, low centre of gravity, and very neat wiring.

  2. Designed in-house micro-controller based LCD display for log of running data, On-board Programming, Information of various parameters, Alarm event status. This is supported with a computer RS-232 interface to provide information on balance battery backup time, electrical parameters, graceful shutdown operation on various platforms. The same micro-controller is also used for setting protections.

  3. Remote operation of UPS through Internet using SNMP, has been successfully implemented. Necessary alarms can be triggered onto required mobile Phone/Land line with necessary alarm messages.

  4. We have successfully implemented the most critical need of a UPS user i.e. Advance Health Information of battery i.e. a system which informs whether the battery is weak or bad. This avoids surprises to customers as battery failure defeats the purpose of installing a UPS.

  5. We have successfully installed many Load-sharing Systems of UPS with 1Ø and 3Ø output ensuring redundancy in operation. This ensures 24X7 supply to customer throughout the year. Physical redundancy is also built-in so that maintenance work is carried out without disturbing the setup.

  6. First in India to have developed Energy Savers for Induction Motor operating on No load and partial load conditions. Similar Energy Savers also developed for tubelights.

  7. First in India to have developed Inverters for Mobile applications, like Ambulance, Medical Relief Coaches and Pantry Cars in Railways, Pollution Centre Vans, Vehicles used in mining applications.

  8. SMPS Battery Charger : This product is specially developed to meet typical requirements like high I/p power factor, high overall efficiency and compact size.

  9. We have developed Transformerless UPS System with high overall efficiency and nearly unity input Power factor. The output waveform does not clip with SMPS type load like computer.
  10. Our Desktop model, Dream UPS has a diagnostic feature this making it totally service free.
