Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Oversee and manage the service department’s operations and scheduling.
  2. Ensure completion of maintenance and repair work.
  3. Give clear directions and expectations to the field energizer for jobs to be done.
  4. Address customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
  5. Responsible for maintaining appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of customer support.
  6. Responsible for staff recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management.
  7. Manage the morale in the department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers, and customers.
  8. Ensure that all reporting employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a safe work environment for employees.
  10. Provide clear communication with customers, staff, and other department heads.
  11. Provide accurate estimates for service jobs.
  12. Schedule pickup, deliveries, and repair timeline of the customer and internal equipment, schedule service calls for road technicians.
  13. Book appropriate product training for technicians.
  14. Organize and control expenses to meet budget expectations.
  15. Report generation, ISO, and root cause analysis.
  16. Technical support as and when required.
  17. Revenue generation by a maintenance contract, repair, etc
  18. Responsible for warranty claim

Technical/Professional Knowledge: 

  1. Knowledge & experience of the solar, inverter, UPS, battery charger, VFD, power electronic.
  2. Previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities.
  3. Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  4. Ability to identify key issues.
  5. Ability to creatively or strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
  6. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Depending on the specific position and role, your job will involve some or all of the following: Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for  solar projects:

  1. Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
  2. Analyze sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary.
  3. Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyze margins or reasons for lost orders.
  4. Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.
  5. Provide/ organize sales-support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
  6. Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.
  7. Work with partners, vendors, company engineers, and program managers to ensure customer’s needs are met.

  1. Understanding customer requirements, study project/tender specifications, site study/load study, compliance to customer document, preparation of drawings & specifications, Drawings approval, Costing, Scheme preparation, understanding risk, and concerns.
  2. Product specification preparation/changes, BOM preparation/update, production and product document preparation, Major and minor modification, BOM Cost reduction, Standardisation, Cabinet design and changes, ECN, production CAPA, customize design development, Customer inspection, third party approval and product certifications, effective resource management, material specification preparation,  product quality improvement, test plan preparation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Pay Per Click media strategies.
  2. Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords and other search platforms for our products.
  3. Handle display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  4. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
  5. Direct and handle new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  6. Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  7. Communication to the sales team about leads generations through Facebook, Adwords, SEO, website, mass mailing, etc.
Key Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Search (PPC).
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  3. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  4. Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, etc.).
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
